How to get help with the API and what to send so we can answer quickly.
Before you write#
- Check the error
typeandmessage, and the Troubleshooting table. - Call
GET /api/v1/mewith the same key: it shows whether the key works, which person and company it belongs to, and which brands it can use. - Look at Settings → API keys → Recent requests: did the request arrive, and with which status?
Contact#
Email support@teknocare.ch with the subject "API". Owners on Business and Enterprise plans get priority answers.
Please include:
- your company name in Quilo;
- the request ID (
req_…) from the error or theX-Request-Idheader; - the time of the request, the method and the path (for example
POST /api/v1/sales); - what you expected and what happened;
- the key's prefix (
qk_0123456789) if it matters which key.
Warning Never send the full API key — not to support, not in a ticket, not in a screenshot. TeknoCare will never ask for it. If you sent it by mistake, revoke it.
What support can and cannot see#
With the request ID, TeknoCare can find the request in the API log (method, path, status, time) and see whether the key was active. Nobody can see your keys or your request bodies, and support does not look at your business data. If looking at your data would help, your company's owner can grant temporary access under Settings → Security & activity.
Ideas and missing endpoints#
Tell us what you want to build. Endpoints and fields are added in a backward-compatible way (see Versioning and changelog).
